Zusammenfassung
Jeder Kliniker weiß, daß verschiedene Krankheitsbilder zu akuter Anurie führen können. Selten handelt es sich um eine akute Pyelonephritis oder eine akute septische interstitielle Nephritis, noch seltener um eine akute Glomerulonephritis. Etwas häufiger läßt sich die Anurie auf eine toxische Nephropathie zurückführen (z. B. Sublimatniere, TetrachlorkohlenstofFvergiftung, Pilzvergiftung). Am häufigsten tritt aber die akute Niereninsuffizienz als Folge eines Schocks auf, weshalb dieses Krankheitsbild als Schockniere bekannt ist. Andere Bezeichnungen sind: akute Tubulonephritis, “lower nephron nephrosis”, Crush-Syndrom, chromoproteinurische Nephropathie, Bywaters Syndrom.
