Zusammenfassung
Kaum ein Begriff ist heute so bedeutend und gleichzeitig unbestimmt wie Innovation. Jede Firma setzt darauf, um am Markt Kunden für ihre Angebote zu gewinnen. Im Angesicht rückständiger Entwicklung oder gar von Krisen ist es der Politik das Mittel zur Lösung schlechthin. Selbst Einrichtungen sozialer Dienstleistungen sollten Innovationen aufweisen (Aghamanoukjan 2012). Leistungsfähigkeit und Wohlstand der Gesellschaft scheinen ganz allgemein von Innovationen abhängig zu sein.
