Zusammenfassung
Die menschliche Gruppe stellt den Zentralbegriff der nun folgenden betriebssoziologischen Betrachtungen dar. Deswegen ist es wichtig, den Begriff der Gruppe zunächst seinem Inhalte nach festzulegen. Zu diesem Zweck erscheint es uns nützlich, einige Definitionen des Begriffes aus der neueren Literatur zu zitieren, die zwar alle das gemeinsam haben, daß sie eine bestimmte dynamische Grundvorstellung entwickeln, die sich aber in anderer Hinsicht erklärend ergänzen.
