Zusammenfassung
Bisher existierte für den deutschen Sprachbereich kein objektives und reliables Instrument zur quantitativen Erfassung der Verständlichkeit dysarthrischer Sprecher. Mit dieser Untersuchung wird erstmals ein solches Verfahren in einer Experimentalfassung vorgelegt. Es soll dem Kliniker zweierlei erleichtern: (1) Bestimmung des Schweregrades der gestörten Kommunikation unabhängig vom subjektiven Eindruck; (2) Bestimmung des Therapieerfolges über intraindividuelle Vergleiche. Darüber hinaus sollte das Verfahren den Vergleich unterschiedlicher Dysarthrieformen auf eine sichere Grundlage stellen.
Die vorliegende Untersuchung wurde im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojekts der Abteilung Neuropsychologie am Max-Planck-Institut für Psychiatrie, München, durchgeführt.
