Abstract
This chapter was first prepared and widely circulated as a small booklet designed to provide basic information for persons who had expressed a preliminary interest in Integrity Groups. However, in order to bring its contents to the attention of more professional readers, this piece was published under the title of “Integrity Therapy: A Self-Help Approach” in Psychotherapy: Theory, Research and Practice (1966, 3, 114*#x2013;119). It is reproduced here under its original title.
