Abstract

A persisting blood flow in the aneurysm sac is one of the main concerns of endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms. The frequency of these endoleaks after EVAR varies from 15 to 50 % [1, 2]. The persisting blood pressure in the aneurysm sac exposes to the risk of rupture [3].
