The Lambert conical orthomorphic projection and computational stability

Abstract

Mathematical equations to transform geodetic to grid coordinates on the Lambert conical orthomorphic projection are derived in a form stable enough to allow computations to be made on the Mercator and Polar Stereographic projections as special cases.
